With my new diet, I was missing ice cream very much. I love ice cream and can't stay away very long. We went to Double Scoop Deli today and their Italian Ice hit the spot. It is definitely not ice cream, but for my 6 months of no dairy; it will work! It is water based and very yummy. Plus it was only $2! Yeah!! I think I can handle the next months!!!

I think ColdStone has a dairy free raspberry sorbet. It won't be $2, but you might not have to drive all the way to Bountiful either.
And I just have to say, my word verification letters this time spelled "humpy."
Hey...whatever you need to do to fill the need. Maybe I will have to try it sometime! I know if I make it to Coldstone I will not be able to buy dairy free there...the temptation is TOO great!
